SPACES
MADE
PERSONAL.
Renovation is more than changing a room. It is about understanding how a home should feel, function and evolve with the people who live inside it.
EVERY
SPACE
HAS A
STORY.
FROM WHAT EXISTS
TO WHAT COULD BE
We dismantle structural noise to uncover the true aesthetic potential of residential spaces. By balancing functional geometry with emotional warmth, every renovation becomes a seamless bridge between heritage and modern living.
REIMAGINE
Unlocking unexpected spatial perspectives through structural clarity.
“We look beyond surfaces and finishes to understand how light, movement, proportion and everyday rituals can transform the experience of home.”
REDEFINE
Curating elemental materials that mature gracefully over time.
WE DON'T JUST RENOVATE ROOMS. WE CHANGE HOW HOME FEELS.
“A successful renovation doesn't make a home feel new. It makes it feel more like itself.”

ABOUT THE PERSON
BEHIND THE SPACES.
With over fifteen years in architectural remodeling and interior architecture, homerenew was founded on a simple principle: spaces should serve human emotion and practical life equally.
THE APPROACH
We don't impose a rigid style. Instead, we listen to the architectural heritage of the house and the lifestyle of its occupants, crafting bespoke environments that feel both intentional and effortless.
THE PROCESS
Understand the home, the structural possibilities, and the daily rituals of the people living inside it.
Study the natural light, spatial circulation, material opportunities, and structural boundaries.
Develop the architectural transformation through detailed layouts, 3D spatial studies, and material palettes.
Execute the renovation with artisanal precision, managing every craftsman, finish, and detail.
Complete the fine details, custom joinery, lighting adjustments, and final architectural staging.
BEFORE & AFTER.

SPECIFICATION INDEX
LIVING SPACES &
AMBIENT DESIGN.
Reimagining the way light, volume, and material interact to create rooms that feel both expansive and intimate.
DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
Living spaces are the most demanding rooms in any residence. They must accommodate conversation, rest, entertainment, and quiet — often within the same four walls. We approach each project as a study in balance: between open volume and intimate alcove, between hard architectural surfaces and soft tactile textiles.
Every decision begins with light. We map the sun's path across the room through the day and design the layout around it — not against it. Furniture placement, wall finishes, and window treatments are all developed in response to this single organizing force.
SCOPE OF WORK
Let's reimagine your living space.
WHOLE HOME
REMODELING.
From foundation to final finish.
One vision, one team, one outcome.
A whole-home remodel is the most complex commission we accept. It requires structural engineering, interior architecture, material curation, and construction management — all coordinated under a single unified vision. We do not hand off sections to subcontractors. Every phase is managed by the same core team.
Discovery & Site Analysis
Structural survey, historical documentation, environmental assessment, and full architectural brief development. We map every existing condition before proposing any change.
Design & Documentation
Full architectural drawings, three-dimensional visualizations, material specifications, and construction documentation. Every junction is resolved on paper before ground is broken.
Construction & Delivery
Weekly site supervision, supplier coordination, quality assurance, and a two-year post-completion walkthrough program to assess how the building performs in real use.

Everything Included
Structural Work
Foundations, framing, load-bearing modifications, beam insertions.
Interior Architecture
Full spatial planning, joinery, cabinetry, and finish specification.
Systems & MEP
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, smart home integration, lighting control.
Landscape Integration
Exterior architecture, terrace design, garden coordination.

The result is a space that changes character through the day: bright and open in the morning, warm and enclosed in the evening, always perfectly tuned to the moment it is being used.
SCOPE OF WORK
Every living space we design is tested in three-dimensional walkthrough before construction begins. We check sight lines from every seating position, verify that natural light reaches the deepest corner of the room, and confirm that every surface feels right underfoot and against the hand.
Let's reimagine your living space.

Everything Included
Structural Work
Foundations, framing, load-bearing modifications, beam insertions, and full envelope upgrades.
Interior Architecture
Full spatial planning, joinery, cabinetry, and finish specification for every room.
Systems & MEP
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, smart home integration, lighting control, and renewable systems.
Landscape Integration
Exterior architecture, terrace design, garden coordination, and outdoor living spaces.
We do not divide a whole-home project into separate contracts for different rooms. The kitchen, living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all designed as one continuous architectural composition. A finish chosen for the entryway informs the material logic of the kitchen island. A lighting scheme designed for the living room extends into the corridors and stairwells. The result is a house that reads as a single coherent work rather than a collection of renovated rooms.
BATHROOM
RENOVATION.
A bathroom is the most technically demanding room in any residence. Waterproofing, drainage, ventilation, and structural considerations must all be resolved before a single finish is chosen. Our approach treats the bathroom as a small architectural project in its own right — with the same discipline we apply to a full residence.
The wet room as a sculptural space.
We use full-height natural stone — travertine, marble, or honed basalt — to create a continuous, unbroken surface that reads as a single carved volume. Joinery lines are minimized. Drainage is concealed. The result is a room that feels like a landscape rather than a fixture showroom.
- — Full-height stone cladding
- — Concealed linear drainage
- — Radiant heated floors
Daylight as the primary finish.
Wherever structurally possible, we introduce daylight into the bathroom. Skylights, high clerestory windows, and glazed internal partitions all serve the same purpose: to reveal the texture of the materials we have chosen and to make small rooms feel expansive.
- — Skylight & clerestory design
- — Frameless glass partitions
- — Layered artificial lighting
Furniture-grade cabinetry.
Vanities are built to the same standard as the kitchen cabinetry — hand-joined, veneered in solid timber, and finished with the same level of precision. Every drawer, every hinge, and every handle is chosen with the same care as a piece of furniture.
- — Solid timber veneer vanities
- — Concealed soft-close hardware
- — Custom stone counters
